The checkout and account areas of DoggieVogue.com are secured using SSL technology. This technology is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.
Payment Information & Tax
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until your items have been shipped. When paying with Paypal, your account is automatically debited as soon as your order has been placed. Taxes will be added to Illinois Residents only.
Shipping & Handling Costs
We use UPS realtime shipping rates with a 10% discount. The costs depends on the weight of the item and your location. Your shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you enter in your payment information. You can estimate your shipping cost by adding desired items into your Shopping Bag and clicking the estimate shipping link. All orders over $500 will receive free shipping.
Shipping Methods & Locations
Standard shipping is through UPS Ground or USPS Priotity Mail and can be shipped anywhere in the United States. We also offer quicker shipping methods though UPS; Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3-Day Select. International Orders are shipped through UPS. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on item availability. Most of our items ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the item page and in the Other Info column during checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for transit time once your item has left our warehouse. The map below is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. The following chart can be used to calculate time in transit, after it has left our building.
Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make sure that your dog absolutely loves his or her shopping experience at Doggie Vogue which is why we offer a 14 day guarantee under the following guidelines:
All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition.
You will receive complimentary return shipping for your first exchange (within the continental US only). If you are making an exchange, please avoid placing a new order through our web site. If you place a new order, your returned item will be treated as a return. After your first exchange, each exchange will incur a shipping charge.
You may also choose to receive store credit. If you choose this option, you will receive a credit code via email for the price of the item being returned.
Requests for a refund to your credit card will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable when requesting a refund to your credit card. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Return/Exchange Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, beds, toys, food and perishable items.
We cannot accept refunds on orders which have items that have already been exchanged. A store credit will be issued to any refund requests on second returns.
Promotional Free Shipping offers will incur a restocking fee to cover the initial shipping charges if the return would cause the order to no longer qualify for the promotional discount.
For holiday dog clothing and accessories, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, a one time size exchange is allowed, no returns or store credit.
If an item is drop shipped from the manufacturer, it may have a different return policy. You will know if an item is being drop shipped because it will be stated so in shopping bag under the Other Info column for each item. Please contact us if you would like information on a particular drop ship item.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Instructions
Your return form can be found on the bottom section of your packing receipt. Please let us know the reason for the return, items you are returning/exchanging and what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Please read our return policy and exceptions carefully to find out if your items are returnable.

Order Cancellations or Changes
We strive to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order by calling us toll free at 800-870-0026. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos.
