What is my pet's size?

Please understand that we offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest that you measure your pet carefully and buy our clothing and collars according to your dog's measurements rather than size. There is a size chart for each garment on the item pages. What does it mean when something will be special ordered?

When our website says that an item will be special ordered, it means that we do not have it available in our warehouse and we will receive it shortly after we make an order with our manufacturer. Majority of our special order items take 1-6 business days depending on the manufacturer. Estimated delivery times are listed on each of the special order item pages. If you need something by a certain date and there is an item that is special order, please give us a call on our toll free number, 800-870-0026, to find out when it will be available for delivery.
